Who are we

Roy C. Hitchman AG was established in Zurich in 1986 as an executive search boutique operating nationally and internationally. Our clients include:

Three partners, two knowledge partners and two office managers are currently working for Roy C. Hitchman AG.

We are result- and performance-oriented and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards of our sector.

We have deliberately decided to remain small and therefore manageable and personal. All our partners have held senior management positions in the past. Today they are consultants with proven practical and management experience and familiar with both sides of the business.

We work on the same level as global executive search companies – with the key difference that we as entrepreneurs are interested in a permanent and sustainable relationship with our clients and always provide our consulting services with a high degree of personal commitment.

All our employees speak more than one language and have international experience.

We have repeatedly searched for candidates from abroad for our Swiss clients. We are partners of the Tinzon Group, a global alliance of independently managed executive search companies.

Cross-border cooperation enables us to offer our clients services at the accustomed high standard of quality even for challenging international recruitment projects.

We are also able to rely on long-standing international relationships and cooperate selectively with some of the best consultants in the industry.

Executive Panel

The 'Hitchman Executive Panel' is an opinion-forming platform and also an online tool for canvassing top management executives in Switzerland. We will use it at regular intervals to interview the participants on economic and business-related issues, questions of strategic and operational corporate management, their career plans and their personal life planning. We will evaluate the responses, comment on them and make them available to all the participants in the panel. We will publish the key insights of the surveys on our website and in leading print and electronic media.
